Processing & Shipping Time
After you place your order, I take 1-2 days to prepare your personalization details before sending everything to production. Once it's in production, most orders ship within 2-5 business days. During busy seasons (hi, holidays 🎄) this can run a bit longer — if that happens, I'll reach out to you directly to keep you posted.
Personalization Proofs
I email a proof for every personalized order before it goes into production. This is a preview to help you check names, spelling, and layout — not a photo of the finished product, but enough to get a good idea of how it'll look. You'll have 24 hours to approve it or request changes.
You can request up to 2 rounds of changes on your proof. If we still can't land on something you're happy with after that, I'll issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Since personalized items are made just for you, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges on them — please double-check everything before approving your proof. Non-personalized items are returnable if unused and in original condition; just reach out first.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and I'll offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.
