Returns & Exchanges

All items in my shop are made-to-order, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double check names, sizes, colors, and spelling before submitting your order — I print/make exactly what’s entered at checkout.

Something wrong with your order? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. I’ll offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.

Order changes & cancellations Need to fix a typo or change something? Message me within 3 hours of ordering. Once an order goes into production, I can’t make changes or cancel it.

Personalization errors Please note: I’m not able to offer free replacements for errors in personalization info entered incorrectly at checkout (wrong name, size, spelling, etc.). Double-checking before you order saves us both a headache!

Shipping Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. I’m not responsible for delays, lost packages, or “delivered but not received” issues — but I’m happy to help you track it down or file a claim where possible. International buyers: please note customs delays are outside my control and aren’t grounds for refund.
