A NOTE ON THE MOSAIC STYLE
Every portrait is built from your pet's own photo, so the finished look reflects their actual coat — and that's exactly what makes it personal. Pets with short, smooth, or straight fur (and most cats) tend to translate into finer, more detailed mosaic facets, since their coloring and coat lines break cleanly into distinct pieces. Pets with dense, curly, or very textured fur — like a Poodle or Doodle — will still make a beautiful stone, but the mosaic will have fewer, larger facets, since curls and tight texture don't resolve into sharp geometric lines the same way straight fur does. I always aim for the most detailed result your pet's coat allows.

HOW IT WORKS
Once your order comes in, I'll design your stone and send a mockup for your approval. Please review it within 24 hours — if anything needs adjusting, you have up to two rounds of changes to get it right. If we still can't reach something you love, you'll receive a full refund. To avoid shipping delays, any mockup not approved or responded to within 24 hours moves to production automatically.
