This policy applies to P3 Planner, a private tool that Little Mood Shop uses to schedule pins and research content trends for the Pinterest business profiles it owns. It is separate from the privacy policy for our main website and store at littlemoodshop.com.

Who we are

P3 Planner is operated by Little Mood Shop. It is a self-hosted, internal tool with no external end users. For privacy questions about this tool, contact support@littlemoodshop.com.

Scope

This policy describes how P3 Planner handles data obtained through the Pinterest API. It does not cover our website or store, which have their own privacy policy.

Information the tool accesses

P3 Planner connects to Pinterest through Pinterest’s official API using OAuth authorization. Once an account owner authorizes it, the tool can access information belonging to that account — for example its boards, pins, and account-level analytics or trend data — so it can create and schedule organic pins and inform content planning.

No third-party or visitor data

P3 Planner acts only on Pinterest accounts that Little Mood Shop owns and has authorized. It does not read data from anyone else’s account, it has no external users, and it collects no information about visitors to any of our websites.

How the information is used

To create, edit, and schedule our own organic pins to our own boards.
To review our own account analytics and trend signals for content planning.
To keep the tool functioning and secure.

We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not use it to build profiles of, or make decisions about, other people.

Storage, sharing, and retention

Credentials. OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used only to operate our own accounts. We never request or store Pinterest passwords.
No sharing or sale. We do not sell, rent, or share information obtained through the Pinterest API with any third party, and we do not combine one account’s data with another’s except to operate our own profiles.
Retention. We retain information obtained through the API only as long as needed to provide these functions, consistent with Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Pinterest platform compliance

Our use of the Pinterest API follows Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines and Developer and API Terms of Service. P3 Planner accesses only accounts we have explicitly authorized, and authorization can be revoked at any time from the connected-apps settings of the relevant Pinterest account. P3 Planner is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pinterest.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect stored credentials and data, including access restrictions on the self-hosted environment. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

P3 Planner is an internal business tool and is not directed to, or used by, children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
