Frozen Watermelon Yogurt Bites for Dogs
This is a bright summer treat I’d make when the day feels too hot for baking. Watermelon makes it feel fresh, yogurt makes it creamy, and the paw shapes make it cute enough for a blog cover.
Ingredients:
1 cup seedless watermelon cubes, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberries.
Steps:
Blend watermelon and yogurt until smooth. Add a few blueberries into each silicone mold, then pour the watermelon-yogurt mixture over them. Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
Storage:
Store in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 1 month.
Dog-safety notes:
Use seedless watermelon and remove rind. Use plain yogurt only. Serve small portions because frozen treats can upset sensitive stomachs if given too quickly.
When to use this treat:
Hot days, outdoor play breaks, summer photos, or after a long walk.
